New School Year at Canterbury Creek!

The first couple of weeks of school at Canterbury Creek Farm Preschool have been nothing short of fantastic! Our dedicated teachers were thrilled to welcome both new and returning students back to the farm, and the excitement in the air was palpable as everyone geared up for a new year of learning and adventure.

Settling into a New Routine

As with any new school year, the first few weeks have presented a bit of a learning curve as students settle into their daily routines. Our teachers have been busy creating a warm and welcoming environment that helps children feel comfortable and engaged. It’s wonderful to see the enthusiasm as students dive into their activities and begin to build friendships with their peers.

Parent Open House

After the first couple of weeks, we our open house event to welcome parents to the farm. This was a great opportunity for families to meet their child’s small group teacher, learn about our curriculum, and explore the beautiful surroundings of our farm. Parents had the chance to connect with one another, fostering a sense of community that enriches the school experience for everyone.

Meeting New Animal Friends

One of the highlights for our students has been the excitement of meeting their new animal friends! Children have enjoyed interacting with our beloved farm animals, learning about their care, and understanding their roles in our farm community. Additionally, the opportunity to take a ride on one of our friendly ponies has been a thrilling experience for many!

Looking Forward

As we continue into the school year, we are eager to see how our students grow and thrive in this nurturing environment. With the support of our dedicated teachers, involved parents, and the joy of learning about farm life, the 2024-2025 school year is shaping up to be an incredible journey.
